      Ski & Mountain Access

      The Tschuggen Grand Hotel operates its own private Tschuggen Express funicular, giving guests ski-to-door access directly from the hotel to the slopes. Guests receive a complimentary Arosa Card in summer, which includes free cable car rides, regional bus transport, and boat rentals. The hotel is situated at 5900 ft above sea level, with 25 miles of winter hiking routes and direct access to the Arosa Ski Resort.

      Four on-site restaurants serve distinct culinary experiences: The Basement offers regional dishes based on grandmother's recipes, while La Brezza is an award-winning restaurant with a focus on fine dining. The Grand Restaurant provides a daily changing menu, and La Collina features a sunny terrace for al fresco meals.

      Rooms & Design

      All 122 rooms and suites were designed by Swiss architect Carlo Rampazzi, each featuring a private balcony with mountain views. The architectural design of the hotel itself was created by renowned architect Mario Botta, giving the building a distinct visual identity. Rooms include a pillow menu, turn-down service, and spacious bathrooms with separate shower and bathtub.
